This study aims to explore the profound impact of precise financial aid policies on the student group in higher vocational maritime colleges, which is an important talent reserve for future arduous industries. Upgrading the funding objective from a single economic relief to a diversified development support covering professional identity, psychological counseling and ability expansion can significantly enhance students' professional ideological stability and sense of belonging to the industry. By applying big data technology to identify students with potential academic and psychological dual difficulties and building a diversified financial aid model that integrates professional characteristics, precise financial aid not only effectively reduces the risk of student attriation during the training process, but also strengthens their job competence and long-term career development capabilities, thereby stably providing high-quality talents for the country's strategy of becoming a maritime power.
