Technical-Artistic Integration: Innovative Practice of the “Professional Education+” Talent Cultivation Model in Secondary Vocational Graphic Design
Abstract
The central government’s policies on aesthetic education emphasize strengthening the educational role of schools in fostering aesthetic sensibilities, promoting the spirit of Chinese aesthetic education, integrating aesthetic education into the entire talent cultivation process across all educational levels, and advancing students’ holistic development. Leveraging the distinctive strengths of its graphic design program, our institution has implemented the following reforms:
1.Establishing a “Professional Education + Aesthetic Education” talent cultivation objective system;
2.Restructuring a modular curriculum system centered on “Professional Education + Industry Practices, Competitions, and Certiff cations”;
3.Building a dual-qualified faculty team through “Professional Education + Full-time and Part-time Collaboration”;
4.Adopting a “Professional Education + Multi-dimensional Evaluation” framework.
These initiatives have significantly enhanced students’ aesthetic literacy, improved talent development quality, driven the connotative growth of the program, and elevated its academic reputation.
