Practical Research on College Counselors’Role in Academic Style Construction under the Guidance of the Spirit of Educators

Abstract

In the era of artificial intelligence,academic style construction in colleges and universities is facing challenges such as diversified values and technological impact.As a key force in academic style construction,college counselors are in urgent need of realizing the transformation and upgrading of their educational philosophy under the guidance of the spirit of educators. By focusing on the practical dilemmas existing in current academic style construction—including the utilitarianism of learning goals,the degradation of deep learning ability—this paper proposes to help the counselor team transform the spirit of educators into specific educational actions from six dimensions:value anchoring,behavioral demonstration,precision education,innovationdriven,emotional connection,and cultural soul-shaping.This effort aims to build a sound academic style and contribute to cultivating new-era talents.
