The Evolution Logic, Practical Predicaments and Optimization Paths of Industry-Education Integration in Vocational Education under the Background of Digital Transformation

Abstract


With the rapid development of the digital economy, digital transformation has become an important strategic fulcrum driving the high-quality development of vocational education. This article explores the evolution logic, practical predicaments and optimization paths of the integration of industry and education in vocational education under the background of digital transformation. Research shows that the integration of industry and education has evolved from the traditional single cooperation model to a multi-dimensional collaborative system empowered by digitalization. However, it still faces predicaments such as the formalization of school-enterprise cooperation, the fragmentation of digital infrastructure, and the insufficiency of digital capabilities of teachers. It is necessary to establish a long-term mechanism for collaboration among the government, schools and enterprises, improve the co-construction and sharing of digital infrastructure, set up a teacher training system, innovate the digital talent cultivation model, and promote the in-depth development of industry-education integration.
