Research on Multi-dimensional Paths and Institutional Innovation of Teaching Evaluation Reform under the Background of Digital Transformation in Education

Abstract


The digital transformation of education has driven the teaching model of higher education to shift from “offline dominance” to “integration of online and offline”. However, the current teaching evaluation of college students still faces problems such as “single evaluation dimension (emphasizing knowledge assessment), insufficient technological empowerment (relying on manual marking), lagging feedback (centralized evaluation at the end of the semester), and lack of subject collaboration (passive participation of students)”. It is difficult to meet the evaluation requirements of “ability-oriented, process-oriented and personalized” in digital teaching scenarios. This article, in line with the requirements of the “Opinions on Accelerating the Digitalization of Education”, focuses on the reform of teaching evaluation for college students. It constructs a reform path from four dimensions: “conceptual innovation, technological empowerment, dimensional expansion, and subject collaboration”, and proposes a threein-one institutional innovation system of “standard construction, data governance, and incentive guarantee”. Provide practical references for the reform of college students’ teaching evaluation in the digital transformation of education.
