Merits in the Legal Stimulation and Protections on Charitable Trusts of United Kingdom to China

Abstract


Laws are important tools to promote Charity. China is in demand for Charity, however its laws are not satisfying.And the laws of UK on Charity Trusts are exquisite and has contributed to the prosperity of Charity trusts remarkably. Fiscal benefi ts and lenient recognition on Charity purpose in UK are of great merit to China. The article then discusses how the laws of China should be modified.
