Exploration of Developmental Financial Aid and Education System in Colleges for a Powerful Education Nation: Based on Human Capital Theory
Abstract
Constructing a developmental financial aid and education system in colleges based on human capital theory is a key path to advance the building of a powerful education nation. Current security-oriented financial aid fails to meet the demands for talents’ comprehensive quality in the high-quality development stage. By establishing a four-dimensional support framework of “basic security - skill enhancement - social integration - spiritual empowerment” and building a collaborative mechanism involving government policy guidance, university resource integration, social force participation, and individual initiative, a systematic shift from single economic assistance to diversified capacity development is achieved. This not only ensures equal development opportunities for students from economically disadvantaged families (hereinafter “economically disadvantaged students”) but also supports their growth into high-quality talents with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physical education, aesthetics, and labor.
