Research on the Multi-Subject Collaborative Governance of “One-stop” Student Communities in Colleges and Universities

Qianqian Xing

Abstract

The construction of “one-stop” student communities in colleges and universities is of great significance. It can build an all-staff and all-process education pattern, create an intensive service space, and foster an immersive cultural ecosystem. However, in the current construction of “one-stop” student communities in colleges and universities, there are problems such as insufficient coordination between Party building leadership and governance, poor interaction and co-governance among teachers and students, and inadequate adaptation of space renovation and services. Based on this, four collaborative governance paths, namely Party building leadership, mechanism innovation, technology empowerment, and cultural infiltration, are proposed, aiming to enhance the community governance efficiency of the “one-stop” student community in colleges and universities and promote the high-quality development of college education work.
