Research on the Integration of Labor Education into Professional Course Teaching Practice and Model Construction from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration——Taking the "Tax Planning" Course as an Example
Abstract
In response to the labor education policy, this study addresses the challenges of integrating labor education into practical teaching for finance and economics majors through an action research project conducted in the "Tax Planning" course at Guangdong University of Science and Technology. Based on the "three-dimensional integration model" of "value guidance, ability orientation, and practical empowerment," and drawing on the concept of "job, competition, and certifi cation integration," it combines the "collaborative platform of schools, government, and enterprises" with the "integrated path of cognition, practice, and innovation" to establish a "specialized-labor integration" practical paradigm. Teaching practice demonstrates that this model fosters students' professional labor values, hones practical abilities, stimulates innovative spirit, and enhances competition award rates, professional qualification pass rates, comprehensive competencies, and targeted employment rates, providing replicable experience for similar courses.
