Abstract


The professional ability competition for teachers gives teachers a platform to fully show their ability and style. On this platform, ability speaks for itself. It is a reflection of the strength of individuals and schools. The definition of a teacher's professional ability can be varied. Simply speaking, it is the external embodiment of teachers' comprehensive professional quality, the accumulation of teaching experience and methods formed in the process of teaching practice, and the ability to accurately, quickly and skillfully complete teaching tasks, and ensure the teaching effect and teaching efficiency. The quality of teachers determines the development direction and speed of a school, and the level of running a school is also largely subject to the professional level of teachers. The following focuses on how to carry out innovative teaching in higher vocational colleges under the requirements of teachers' teaching ability competition.
