Abstract

This study focuses on cultivating an international perspective within chemistry education reform. It reviews the current state of talent development and identifies numerous issues in practice. To address these challenges, the study proposes several countermeasures: implementing a student-centered, personalized international exchange model; constructing a diversified, multitiered international curriculum system; and executing a faculty enhancement plan that combines recruitment and cultivation. These strategies aim to provide insights for chemistry education reform and foster the development of internationally competitive professionals.
