Research on the Innovation of College Physical Education Classroom Teaching Mode under the Background of Intelligent Sports

Abstract


Combining artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data with sports education offers universities new possibilities but also brings challenges. Conventional instruction, often repetitive and slow to give individual feedback, no longer fits the expectations of contemporary talent cultivation. This paper examines how smart-sport technologies can reshape university physical-education models into diversified, interactive, and precise systems. A “data capture—intelligent analysis—tailored guidance” loop is introduced, weaving together wearables, motion-analytics platforms, and virtual reality. The result is full-cycle visualization, evidence-based refinement, and adaptive coaching that raise student engagement and accelerate skill acquisition.
