Research on the Application Effect of Stratified Teaching in Specialized Basketball Training in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

Aiming to address the various issues such as low training efficiency and unbalanced individual development of students caused by the "one-size-fits-all" model in the specialized training of college basketball, this study focuses on an in-depth exploration of the application path and actual achieved effects of stratified teaching in the specialized training of college basketball. Research clearly shows that stratified teaching can precisely meet the training needs of students with different foundations, effectively make up for many shortcomings of the traditional training mode, and provide a practical and feasible solution for improving the quality of specialized basketball training in colleges and universities.
