Analysis of Installation Construction Technology for Roof Steel Structure of High-Rise Residential Buildings
Abstract
The steel structure roof has prominent advantages such as beautiful shape and smooth lines. As a common roof form for high-rise residences, it greatly improves the problem of homogeneity in the building’s exterior facade and enhances the aesthetic value of the building. This paper elaborates on the difficulties encountered during the construction process of this type of roof shape, including harsh working conditions at heights, high difficulty in controlling structural installation accuracy, and low efficiency in hoisting large irregular components. Starting from the four key processes of measurement and layout, component hoisting, node connection, and coating protection, it focuses on explaining the construction methods and precautions, aiming to improve the overall quality of the construction project and promote the innovative application of steel structure buildings in the residential field.
