“Mutual Empowerment: A Study on the Constructionand Effectiveness of the ‘Internet + Volunteer Teaching’Practical Education Model in Colleges and Universities”

Abstract

In the context of the deep integration of rural revitalization and digitalization of education, practical education in colleges and universities faces challenges of innovation and efficiency improvement.Based on the core concept of “two-way empowerment”,this paper constructs and validates a new model of sustainable and high-quality”Internet+volunteer teaching” for practical education. The study clarifies the triple value of the model in serving national strategies, innovating educational mechanisms, and promoting educational equity, and then systematically proposes a construction framework and closed-loop implementation path that includes five subsystems:”goal synergy, curriculum development, digital implementation, management support, and evaluation reflection”.Empirical assessment shows that the model has effectively enhanced the digital literacy of rural students, while simultaneously strengthening the professional competence, core literacy and sense of social responsibility of college students, forming a virtuous ecosystem of “mutual growth through teaching and learning”.This study provides theoretical foresight and practical paradigms for colleges and universities to deepen the reform of practical teaching and precisely serve society.
