Innovation of Teaching Management Models in Primary and Secondary Schools under Smart Classroom Environments
Abstract
The large-scale implementation of smart classrooms has propelled K–12 education into a critical phase marked by deep technological integration and pedagogical transformation, during which the limitations of traditional teaching management models have become increasingly evident. Drawing on the technological foundations and current application status of smart classrooms, this paper analyzes the core issues and transformation challenges inherent in existing K–12 teaching management models. It proposes innovative pathways for teaching management in smart classroom environments across three dimensions: management philosophy, decision-making mechanisms, and support systems. The study aims to provide theoretical insights and practical guidance for optimizing teaching management during the digital transformation of K–12 education.
