Abstract

The rapid development of new business forms in the free trade port shipping economy has not only provided a historic opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of China's shipping industry, but also put forward new requirements for shipping talent cultivation. Based on an analysis of the development characteristics of these new business forms, this paper constructs a multilevel applied shipping talent cultivation system featuring industry-education integration and university-enterprise collaboration. It proposes specific approaches including curriculum system improvement, practical teaching platform construction, and evaluation system innovation, thereby providing theoretical support and operational guidance for enhancing the quality of shipping talent cultivation in free trade ports.
