A Practical Study on the Paths to Improving the Leadership of Middle-Level Managers in Secondary Schools in the New Era
Abstract
This article conducts an in-depth study on the paths for improving the leadership of middle-level managers in secondary schools in the new era, aiming to explore practical and feasible leadership improvement strategies to indirectly promote the high-quality development of school education. From the perspective of a moral education director, and based on the three major objectives of promoting the implementation of educational policies, stimulating the vitality of teacher teams, and effectively solving educational problems, this article summarizes five practical strategies through theoretical analysis and case description. It constructs an improvement path of “Innovating Concepts—Refining Professional Competence—Communicating and Coordinating—Undergoing Job Rotation—Reviewing and Reflecting,” and confirms that this path can help secondary school middle-level managers effectively enhance their leadership.
