Reconstruction of the Relationship Between Teaching and Learning in "Flipped Classroom" -- A Case Study of Pedagogy

Abstract


Flipped classroom is applied in teaching of higher education. In order to achieve better results, teachers should enhance students' participation, strengthen the communication and interaction between teachers and students, students and students, and let students develop the habit of active exploration and learning. In addition, teachers need to set practical curriculum objectives and a reasonable teaching plan, as well as design interactive teaching links. Through the teaching of theoretical knowledge and corresponding skills, students can effectively combine pedagogy theory with practice, gradually deepen their thinking on pedagogy, and then develop their exploratory learning habits, which plays a positive role in improving students' professional quality and knowledge reserve.
