Discussion on the Ability Cultivation and Demand of Students Majoring in Road and Bridge
Abstract
The development speed of transportation construction in China is increasing, which intensifies the social demand for highly skilled road and bridge professionals, and makes the road and bridge professionals with strong professional ability become an important force supporting the development of road and bridge engineering technology. Based on the enterprise demand and social demand of road and bridge major, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of road and bridge major students and creatively discusses the methods and strategies to match the ability cultivation of students with the enterprise and social demand, which is of great practical significance
