Teaching Leadership Construction of University Teachers in the Era of Educational Big Data
Abstract
The advent of the era of big data has brought unprecedented development opportunities to the development of education. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of education reforms, fundamental changes have taken place in the teaching model of colleges and universities. It is necessary to further improve the teaching leadership of college teachers and cultivate outstanding professional talents. This article discusses the construction of teaching leadership in colleges and universities in the era of educational big data, analyzes the necessity of the construction of teaching leadership in colleges and universities, and proposes effective methods.
