Abstract


At the present stage, quality education is further promoted. The implementation of quality education puts forward higher requirements for the majority of teachers. As teachers in colleges and universities, it is more necessary for them to cultivate their own professional quality, which is the key to ensuring the quality of higher education to continuously increase. It is of great significance to the development of college education. This paper mainly introduces the importance of cultivating teachers’professional quality in colleges and universities in the new era and analyzes the effective measures of cultivating college teachers’professional quality. earning, and also provides important teaching enlightenment for college English teaching.
