Research on the Integration Path of Double Innovation Education and Professional Education in Higher Vocational Port and Shipping Management Major in the New Era

Abstract

Under the background of the new era, it is an inevitable trend for higher vocational colleges to integrate double innovative education with professional education. Taking the port and shipping management as the carrier, and on the basis of research review, this paper studies the integration of double innovation education and professional education from perspectives of the status of professional double innovation education, the path of integration between the two and guarantee measures, and cultivates high-quality innovative skilled talents, which can not only promote the sustainable development of students, but also provide a reference for the relevant majors in domestic vocational colleges to carry out the reform of double innovation education.
In the new era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship (hereinafter referred to as "double innovation") education is not only an important strategic measure for China to build an innovative country, but also an inherent requirement to promote higher vocational education to a higher level. The integration of professional education and double innovation education is an inevitable trend. Professional education is the core of double innovation education and double expansion education is the expansion of professional education. The development of double-innovation education should not be separated from the professional knowledge and technical skills learned by students but should dig deeply into the students ' double-innovation awareness, stimulate students' double-innovation thinking, continuously improve students' independent entrepreneurship ability, which is a beneficial supplement to professional education. The two have complementary advantages and complement each other. The Port and Shipping Management profession closely follows the development rules and requirements of the times. Driven by the construction and development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the free trade zone, we will organically integrate double-innovation education and professional education throughout the entire process of education, and cultivate high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents to meet the needs of regional economic development.
