Abstract


Driven by the cause of opening up, China's higher education has carried out exchanges and cooperation with other countries in the world and accelerated the pace of facing the world and the future. In order to solve the problem of operation mechanism of university teaching staff construction in our country, and cultivate more high-quality talent, improve the international competitiveness of our country, universities began to introduce high-quality talents, increase exchanges and cooperation with domestic and foreign outstanding resources, mechanism responsibility system and reward system in parallel at the same time, thus promoting the further development of the education career.
