On the Cultivation of Intercultural Communicative Competence of Business English Majors under the Background of Belt and Road Initiative

Abstract


Under the guidance of “Belt and RoadInitiative”, China has continuously strengthened its close contacts and exchanges with other countries around the world. Therefore, there is an urgent need to cultivate more cross-nation and intercultural business English professionals, who are required to have intercultural business communication skills for different international business occasions. Based on the current teaching situation of Business English Major in China, this paper tries to discuss how to cultivate and improve intercultural communicativecompetence of Business English Major.
