Exploration on the Mode of Improving the Practical Ability of Young Engineering Teachers in Colleges and Universities

Abstract


College engineering professional teachers must have good engineering application ability. Only in this way can teachers cultivate excellent engineering talents, so to a certain extent, the practical application ability of college engineering teachers is the basis of training students' practical engineering ability. This paper mainly discusses the importance of excellent practical application ability of young engineering teachers in colleges and universities and how to improve their practical ability.
