Research on Psychological Education of Private Colleges and Universities in Development-Oriented Support Work

Abstract


From the type of funding private colleges, compared with "curative" and "affordable", development-oriented finance is more in line with the original purpose of private colleges set up grants, and supporting the development of the whole process is a dynamic process. To a certain extent, it also accelerates the process of the private colleges and universities personnel training, and finally to achieve target growth, success and the optimal effect of adults. This paper discusses the relevant educational psychology of private colleges and universities in the course of developing financial aid, and focuses on the cultivation of talents in private colleges and universities.
