The Organic Integration of Ideological and Political Education and Career Planning Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract


The ideological and political education in colleges and universities is closely related to the career planning education. The career planning education takes the ideological and political education as the development foundation, and the effectiveness improvement of the ideological and political education depends on the development of the career planning education. The organic integration of the two can make career planning education have higher ideological level, and give full play to the advantages of the two with complementary advantages, theory and practice together. Therefore, colleges and universities should design and carry out systematic career planning courses, guide and educate students through rich practical activities, attach importance to the use of new media, and implement personalized counseling education for students.
