Discussion on Teaching Content Reform and Teaching Design of Engineering Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer Theory

Abstract


Engineering thermodynamics and heat transfer, also known as the basis of thermal engineering, is a professional basic course to study the law of heat energy utilization and heat transfer. The course is characterized by strong theory, many concepts, formulas and charts, which brings great difficulty to teachers' teaching and students' learning. Based on the background of mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, this paper mainly discusses the reform of the course objectives of engineering thermodynamics and heat transfer, the evaluation methods for achieving the objectives and the proportion of grades, the teaching content and the allocation of class hours.
