Abstract

Cultivating excellent student cadres is one of the key work of institutions of higher learning, and these excellent cadres is one of the top students in colleges and universities. They need to have higher political quality, good moral values and the correct outlook on life and world view, etc. The communist youth league organizations of institutions of higher learning takes the second classroom transcripts measures can further the innovation of ideological and political work methods, which can make students get all-round development in such aspects as intelligence and physique. Based on the implementation strategy of the second classroom report card, this paper explores the ways and methods for colleges and universities to train outstanding student cadres of the communist youth league.
