A Study on Teacher Training in Language Knowledge (PCK) in Village and Township Preschool Teachers

Abstract


This article selects a kindergarten with a large scale and a large number from the township central kindergartens that have a cooperative relationship with the college-Wengongzhen Z kindergarten as the research sample, this kindergarten is a public first-class demonstration park with sufficient education funding. The education of teachers in kindergartens is at the undergraduate and college level, and they are basically being compiled. The age level is reasonable. Some of them are adjusted from public elementary schools to kindergartens. Therefore, it is necessary to further understand the problems in early childhood education. This article mainly adopts the method of action research to sort out the process of teacher training in language field (PCK) teacher training, as well as teachers' performance in training and the feedback given. Based on this, explore the professional development approaches of PCK in township kindergarten teachers.
