Research on the Present Situation and Construction of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Xinjiang Universities

Abstract


The ideological and political theory education in colleges and universities plays an important role in the cultivation of talents. The effect of ideological and political theory education is closely related to the level of the teachers. It can effectively improve the teaching quality of the ideological and political theory course by analyzing and thinking about the current situation of the ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities in Xinxiang, finding the existing problems and solving them.
