Research on the Talents Training Quality Assurance Mechanism of Vocational Education under the Background of "Made in China 2025"

Abstract


Taking "Made in China 2025" as the logical starting point for the demand of vocational education talents, a scientific talents training quality view of vocational education is established. By deepening the reform of vocational education, "double subject" long-term education mechanism is built in industry and vocational college. Colleges should establish the "double system" curriculum system that integrates in-class and after-class, build the "double platform" practical teaching system that combines virtual and real, cultivate the "double qualified" teachers team with modern engineering accomplishment, and establish a "student centered" closed loop system of continuous improvement in the quality evaluation. These can promote the technical quality and professional ability of vocational education talents.
