Abstract

At present, the industry of e-commerce is rapidly developing. In the e-commerce era, it is required that traditional enterprises should change from mutual competition to mutual cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, which needs to build industry supply chains to effectively link the industry's product development, design, production, sales and other processes, achieving the correspondence and cohesion of related links to improve the competitiveness of products. However, in the development mode of supply chains, there is also competition among supply chains. Only by constantly improving the efficiency of supply chain management can enterprises in the corresponding supply chain give play to their advantages and promote the improvement of market competitiveness. This paper mainly introduces the influence of the e-commerce era on supply chains, explores the task of supply chain management in the e-commerce era, and explores the effective approaches management of supply chains in the e- commerce era.
