An Analysis of Team Cooperation Ability in Physical Education Teaching in Vocational College

Abstract

In recent years, vocational colleges have been working to train talented people with professional skills and contribute to the development and progress of society. Sports is an important major in vocational colleges, through rich courses to train excellent sports talents, for our country’s sports cause to increase motivation. Teamwork is a basic skill in contemporary education and teaching, especially in physical education. This paper mainly discusses the ability of team cooperation in physical education teaching in vocational colleges, combined with several important principles of team cooperation, and explores positive and effective training measures to effectively improve students’comprehensive quality and ability, and promote the all-round development of students.
