Student-centered Teaching with Employability Skills Approach

Abstract


Due to a bilateral cooperation project between CNA and our college, I was sent to CNA as one of the Chinese visiting faculty members for three monthsin 2015.During the process of training and communication in the exchanging program, I was inspired by CNA’s thoroughimplement of advanced ideas promoting "Student centered teaching with employability skills approach ". Through a compare work of course outlines, teaching mode, and students’employment management between the two colleges, this thesis focus on how to cultivate employability of our students by learning CNA’s advantages of these aspects.
