Abstract


In today’s society, under the impact of the tide of informatization, the market urgently needs innovative and compound talents, so it also puts forward high requirements and new requirements for such talents. From the perspective of the integration of science and education, this article takes a case study of financial and economic colleges and universities as an example, on the basis of a practical exposition of the innovative talent training model, it deeply analyzes the innovative talent training model of China’s financial colleges from the perspective of the integration of science and education Some problems in practice, and put forward the realization path.
