Analysis on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Young Teachers' Research Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract


Teachers in higher vocational colleges should have more comprehensive qualities and capabilities as a key factor in talent training. Especially the scientific research ability of young teachers is the potential of the development of higher vocational colleges. By understanding the current status of scientific research capabilities of vocational young teachers, targeted countermeasures are proposed to improve the scientific research capabilities of young teachers, promote the professional development of young teachers, and promote the construction of vocational connotation, which is the key to improving the quality of talent training and enhancing social service functions.
