Risk Management and Control of Posting Practice Based on Enterprise Management

Abstract

Posting internship is an important stage for students to enter society from school, and it is an important means to cultivate students' professional skills and work experience. After the students have completed the school study courses, they will enter the corporate internship to exercise and improve their professional and non-professional abilities. In order to ensure that students can solve various problems after entering the enterprise, the cooperation between the school and the enterprise achieves a win-win situation. This article proposes corresponding solutions to the problems existing in post-employment internships, scientifically manages the risks in post-employment internships, promotes the better implementation of the combination of work and schooling, and the school-enterprise cooperation model, and promotes students' learning.
