Bo Liu, Delin Tian

Abstract

In order to enable students to have a more robust body and have a persevering and fear-free thinking consciousness, teachers need to pay more attention to the smooth development of physical education classroom activities. Many colleges and universities have introduced martial arts courses into physical education, hoping that students can not only feel the value of national culture in the process of learning martial arts, but also ensure the rapid rise of teaching quality under the mobilization of interest. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the factors that affect the quality of martial arts classrooms in colleges and universities, and finds solutions based on the teaching situation. It is hoped that while creating high-quality sports martial arts classrooms, we can promote the vigorous development of college education in China.
