Research on Diversity of Teachers' Ability Construction from the Perspective of Vocational Education

Abstract


Nowadays, the status of the faculty construction in education and teaching is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, this article takes vocational colleges as examples, revises and adjusts its teaching staff, and conducts an in-depth discussion on how to improve the abilities of the teaching staff of vocational colleges, so as to provide more practical teachers to the society.
