Reflections on the Course Design of "Customer Service Etiquette and Skills" under the Project Course Mode

Abstract


The reform of the education system makes teachers pay more attention to the innovation of teaching methods, so in order to make the "Customer Service Etiquette and Skills" classroom can be effectively carried out, teachers can change their own teaching methods, introduce the project curriculum model into the classroom, and integrate the actual The situation improves and designs the curriculum, hoping to promote the smooth establishment of high-gold content classrooms in the process of ensuring students better grasp of etiquette service knowledge and customer communication skills.
