A Study on the Relationship between Moral Emotion and Altruistic Behavior of College Students

Abstract


The altruistic behavior of college students refers to the selfless behavior based on the interests of others, which is regarded as the highest level of pro-social behavior of college students and the ultimate goal of moral education for college students. The research on altruistic behavior of college students is of positive significance to their mental health development and intervention. The moral and emotional factors such as personality self-consciousness, social feedback and so on influence the formation of altruistic behavior and play the role of transforming medium. This paper probes into the relationship between moral emotion and altruistic behavior of college students to help them develop higher values of quality and behavior.
