Analysis on the Innovation of Implementing Convergent Teaching Management Mode for International Students in China

Abstract


With the continuous advancement of economic and cultural globalization, exchanges and learning among countries are also increasing, and the number of overseas students in China is also increasing annually. Chinese government attaches great importance to education and reform to promote the continuous progress of China’s education. Education gradually moves toward modernization, but there are still many problems in optimizing the teaching management system, leading to the foreign students unable to adapt to China’s education, learning and life, so we must take actions to improve the situation hereafter. This paper mainly discusses the innovation of the convergent teaching management mode for foreign students in China, analyzes the problems in the current teaching management mode, and combines the characteristics and advantages of convergent teaching management mode to continuously innovate the management mode and promote the effective implementation of teaching management.
