Thinking and Practice of Teaching Team Construction of Specialty with Characteristic and High Level in Higher Vocational Colleges
Abstract
Higher vocational education began to rise in the 1980s, after decades of development, the scale of higher vocational education continues to grow, and plays a vital role in the Chinese education system. With the deep reform of education system in our country, higher vocational education is facing new opportunities and challenges. It is necessary to change teaching concept, innovate specialty teaching with characteristics, and pay attention to improving the quality and level of teachers. This paper focuses on the problems related to the construction of teaching team of specialty and high level specialty in higher vocational colleges.
