Analysis of the Educational Guidance Methods of Discipline-violating Students in Colleges and Universities

Abstract


In college management, education guidance for students who violate disciplines is an important content of student management. For students who violate discipline, the management is mainly education guidance. This is of great significance for maintaining the overall order of campus student management and promoting the overall trend of good culture. This paper investigates anonymously the students in five universities with the survey sample of 3605, in order to fully understand the current situation of the knowledge, affection, intention and behavior of the students in the new era. Through investigation and analysis, it aims at studying the main causes of students' disciplinary problems, and explore effective methods for colleges to guide troublesome students.
