Ideological and Political Reform of "Beer Production Technology" in Modern Vocational Education

Abstract


"Beer Production Technology" is a specialized course in Food and Biology majors which aim at cultivating technical professional talents in the beer production industry of modern society. The concept of modern vocational education mainly reflects the goal of talent training in higher vocational education to cater to the new demand for talents in various professional markets. Based on the concept of modern vocational education, the course Beer Production Technology should be able to carry out curriculum reform to meet the actual needs of the beer industry practitioners. Under the guidance of Ideological and political teaching, education is an important approach for the value orientation and curriculum reform that provides examples and guarantee for the talent training reform. In modern vocational education, it is of great importance and necessity to carry out the ideological and political course teaching reform for the Beer Production Technology specialty. The following is mainly based on the value and significance of the ideological and political reform in the context of modern vocational education for the Beer Production Technology course to explore the channels of ideological and political reform.
