The Construction and Exploration of Teaching Management Model in Higher Education under the Concept of People-oriented
Abstract
People-oriented is an important teaching idea put forward under the background of quality education. As an important training place for comprehensive talents, higher education should grasp the core of this idea and implement it into teaching and teaching management. This paper first analyzes the necessity of teaching management in colleges and universities with the concept of humanism, then focuses on the problems existing in the current teaching management, and finally probes into how to construct the teaching management mode under the concept of people-oriented in colleges and universities based on the problem pertinence.
