Chenxing Cao

Abstract

The idea of "cultural ecology" is the basic demand of traditional culture for self-innovation and self-protection, and it is also the effective response of traditional culture in the context of cultural crisis. In order to protect China’s traditional martial arts culture, it is necessary to pay attention to comprehensive protection. The association between culture, ecology and traditional martial arts cannot be separated. In the process of inheritance, attention should be given to "culture ecology", so that the cultural value of traditional Chinese martial arts can be preserved. This article first analyzes traditional martial arts from the perspective of "cultural ecology", and then conducts further research on how to strengthen the inheritance and protection of traditional martial arts.
