The Current Situation and Countermeasure Analysis of the Construction of Core Course System of General Education for International Students in China

Abstract


With the continuous improvement of modern socio-economic and technological levels, China’s requirements for the quality of the educational level of international students coming to China are also increasing. This means that relevant education departments should not only rationally optimize the teaching environment and teaching resources of foreign students in China, but also formulate appropriate strategies to help international students to complete their academic planning and help them develop more comprehensively and participate in future development and construction. Therefore, for the curriculum design of international students in China, we must give full consideration to their unique advantages and relative deficiencies, and keep pace with the times to conduct more targeted professional training according to the actual situation. The idea of the core curriculum of general education is to spread traditional Chinese culture. Teachers must innovate teaching strategies. Through the promotion of traditional Chinese culture, the sense of cultural identity of foreign students in China can be effectively improved.
